sorry to butt in, but iain’s won loads of awards for emmerdale in the past. i’m sick to death of people saying stuff like this, because it’s not him who decides what gets nominated, or who the panel choose to win, or who we vote for.
by saying things like this, you’re completely disregarding all the awards he has won in his time at emmerdale, and also forgetting that we barely won anything when kate was here, and we only started winning when iain took over
Not to mention they swept the tric awards like what a couple months ago and that’s industry voted?
People acting like iain didnt help emmerdale AND robron because of the ons is wild.
we won a nta for the first time in years, we won every soap category at the tv choice awards in september, we have had some incredible entirely different episodes like the flashbacks, and that’s all proved that emmerdale is inventive and leading
just bc corrie have had a better year in terms of relatable storylines such as aidans suicide and davids rape doesn’t mean iain is doing anything wrong
