I don’t know if this helps, but I was in your position and I found that when I started eating well and exercising and focused on doing it for my mind and to clear my head rather than weight loss, the extra pounds melted away without me noticing. I’ve found if you keep thinking about how much you need to lose, you’ll always need to lose it if that makes sense. Good luck!
